Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of any billing month. Prorated credits apply when upgrading mid-month.
Per Project pricing covers the full build, testing, and deployment of a defined scope. It does not include ongoing maintenance or support — those are covered by a retainer add-on starting at ৳2,000/mo.
No setup fees. The only additional costs are third-party tool subscriptions (e.g., Make.com, OpenAI API tokens) which we'll itemise clearly in your project proposal.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on monthly retainers. If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks, we'll refund the full month — no questions asked.
